MICHAEL N. AJEGBO

Michael Nnanye Ajegbo CON is an entrepreneur with years of proven experience establishing businesses within and outside of Nigeria. He practiced law as a sole Legal Practitioner in Lagos before he teamed up with colleagues to found the law firm of Abuka, Ajegbo, Ilogu & Nwaogu.
He was nominated a member of the Nigeria Constituent Assembly 1988/89 and nominated member into the Constitutional Conference 1994/95 as a Legal Practitioner.
In 1993 he established Minaj Television station in Obosi, which was the first private television station in Nigeria and set up a radio station in 1996.
In 2012 he was conferred with the National Honour of Commander Order of the Niger (CON).
He was nominated into the Body of Benchers as a Bencher on February 1st, 2022 and was honored by the Anambra State Government in March 2022.
He serves on the Boards of a number of Nigerian and international companies and is currently the Principal Partner at Vine Law Firm.

JULIE AJEGBO

Mrs. Julie Kechiyenum Ajegbo is a seasoned lawyer with over 41 years of experience working in civil litigation, corporate, commercial and property law inter alia. She worked at the Federal Ministry of Justice as a Principal State Counsel, from where she left to engage in private practice. She is currently the Managing Partner at Vine Law Firm.

IFEOMA MONYE

Ifeoma Monye is a seasoned strategist, project execution, and operations management specialist with over 19 years’ experience. She is an expert at guiding individuals and organizations in articulating their visions, and building efficient processes and systems to drive optimal performance by providing them with the necessary tools to build sustainable institutions and legacies.

KOME JOHNSON-AZUARA

Kome is an investment professional at the Africa Finance Corporation, a multilateral development finance institution established to help address Africa’s infrastructure needs with an investment portfolio of US$8+ billion. Her key knowledge areas include project development and principal investing across the power, heavy industries, telecoms, transport, climate finance, mining, and oil and gas business areas.

Michael I. O. Ajegbo is an Economic Development & Ecosystem Consultant with BSc. in Business Management. His proficiency in Problem Solving, Planning, and Leadership has been most evident over the past few years as a lead consultant in Ciuci Consulting, Nigeria’s leading indigenous consulting firm. He coordinated well over fifty data-driven projects in Nigeria with an aggregate value of over $500 million.
